Both versions are resources to help you learn, reflect on, and practice these Teachings.

Youtube Videos: The Youtube Videos are online classes with visual aids to help you learn The Path to Enlightenment based on this book.

Podcast: The Podcast has the same content as the Youtube Videos without visual aids but with the most clear audio to help you learn The Path to Enlightenment based on this book.

All these resources are available to help you learn and can be utilized based on what you decide is the most helpful in any given situation. Some Students prefer the Youtube Videos with visual aids while others may choose the Podcasts. You can decide as you move forward with each chapter what is working best for your preferred method of learning and what you have access to at that present moment when you are ready to learn.

Most Students will probably find a combination of all these resources to be the most beneficial as you progress in your learning and practice of these Teachings.
